Leasing Rules
Effective Upon Arrival of Document:
Please request to the Homeowner if you need a “Lease Addendum”. Remember this policy is to protect the property values and ensure the short-term renters will be aware and follow the same rules as all the owners.
Requirements:
A $500 refundable deposit is required with no exceptions
Booker must be 21 years of age to book Signet Hill House.
All required paperwork must be in the Homeowner 48 hours after receiving
No portion of the home can be subleased
Deposit must be paid to Signet Hill House by Booker.
The Homeowners shall maintain a record on property with a lease agreement and will provide one copy to the Booker
Valid Government ID must be shown at the time of booking
