House Rules

There are a few very important rules & regulations that we and our guests must abide by. Please note that outside cameras are videoing and recording the surrounding perimeter of the home and boathouse.

No using the INDOOR FIREPLACE, it is decorative. If used a $500 cleaning and smoke removal fee will be applied. A cleaning fee will be applied.
No PETS of any kind. If pets are detected a $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove pet hair and dander for anyone bringing a pet to the home. A cleaning fee will be applied.
No Smoking or Vaping inside the home r on property. If smoke smell is detected a $500 cleaning fee will be applied.
No using the Boat House Lifts and PONTOON BOAT or sitting on it in the boat house. There are cameras on the perimeter surrounding the home.
TV’S, do not order movies or adjust TV settings; reconnection fee will apply.
Only TOILET PAPER goes in any toilet, no feminine products or paper towels.
No PARKING on the grass or continuously running it over.
No not disconnecting the Wi-Fi or adjust ELECTRONIC BOXS we do get immediately notified. Reconnection fee will apply.
Do not jump on PATIO SWING.
Full GARBAGE BAGS get put in the garbage bin at the beginning of the driveway.
THERMOSTAT, set back to 73 degrees when leaving.
Set the ALARM when you leave home.
